I know them too...<br />I once made a fully lined jacket to couture standards, using soft silky fabric in place of interfacing as an experiment when I had read that couturiers never use iron-on. My jacket is beautifully soft and easy to wear.<br />However I still believe iron-on has it's place.<br />Your jacket is going to be wonderful and worth it.
